Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Eyelashes and 2-N-1 Glue Pens are considered a hygienic item. For sanitary purposes, we DO NOT issue refunds with orders that have been delivered more than 24 hours from delivery.

Exchanges are ONLY accepted if you receive a damaged item. Email us an image of the damaged device and we will send you a replacement within 5-7 business days after customer return the damaged item and it is received.

We are not responsible for any allergic reaction to our Eyelashes, 2-N-1 Glue, or Eyelash Clean Mousse.
